Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and jt99.
Introduction & Applicability
General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the jt99 platform ("Platform" or "Site"). When you register, log in, or use the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.
These Terms may be revised from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted those changes.
Definitions
The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- "Platform" — The jt99 website and all its associated services.
- "User" or "You" — The person who is registered on and/or using the platform.
- "Account" — Your personal registered profile on the platform.
- "Bonus" — Promotional credits or benefits provided by jt99.
- "Betting Funds" — Real money deposited into your account and your bonus balance.
Account Registration & Management
Registration Eligibility
To open an account at jt99, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide true and accurate personal information.
- You may hold only one account; multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.
- Your account is strictly for your own personal use — not on behalf of anyone else.
- You have never previously been banned or suspended from jt99.
Account Security & Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, you must notify the jt99 support team immediately. jt99 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your password with any third party.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
- Changing your password regularly is a good practice.
Account Verification (KYC)
jt99 reserves the right to initiate an identity verification process at any time. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment-related documents as required.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonus Policy
Deposit Rules
The currently accepted payment methods at jt99 are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Payments through third parties are not accepted.
- jt99 reserves the right to verify or reject any suspicious transaction.
- Successful deposits are generally reflected in your account within a few minutes.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and the account must match the account holder's name.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Winnings earned from an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- jt99 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification.
Bonus & Promotional Offers
jt99 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to activate the bonus:
- The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined).
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Bonus wagering requirement: ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Another example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games or categories.
- If bonus abuse is identified through multiple accounts or the same device/IP, the bonus will be cancelled.
- jt99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Permitted Use
The jt99 platform may only be used for personal recreational betting activities. Users are expected to:
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Use the platform honestly and fairly.
- Treat the support team and other users with respect.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing or attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
- Conducting illegal money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
- Using automated software, bots, or any form of hacking tools.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security.
- Operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of minors.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using a false identity or fraudulent information.
Account Suspension & Closure
jt99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and particularly in the case of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
If a breach of these Terms is established, any bonus funds in the account and winnings earned from those bonuses will be cancelled. The return of legitimately deposited personal funds (independent of any bonus wagering requirement) will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
A user may also request account closure through the support team. In that case, any outstanding withdrawals will be processed under the applicable terms.
VIP, Liability & Miscellaneous Provisions
VIP Program
jt99 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits may change at any time, and separate VIP terms consistent with these Terms will apply.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jt99 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the exclusive property of or licensed to jt99. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without jt99's written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
jt99 is an online entertainment platform. Betting inherently carries financial risk and participants may lose money. jt99 will not be held liable for:
- Any financial loss arising from betting or gaming.
- Temporary unavailability of the platform or technical issues.
- Delays or problems caused by disruptions to third-party services.
- A user's own negligence or failure to protect their account credentials.
In unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, network disruptions, or government directives — jt99 will be partially or fully exempt from these Terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
jt99 takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. How we collect, store, and use your information is described in detail in our separate Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you are also considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.
Our platform is protected by SSL encryption and we are committed to keeping your financial information secure at all times.
Responsible Gaming

Dispute Resolution

jt99's decision will be considered final, though this provision does not limit a user's legal rights.
Amendments & Severability
jt99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you have accepted the new terms.
If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
